ADM (HR-Civ) Campaign Plan: 2015 Service Delivery Model ADM (HR-Civ) MISSION To develop and implement plans, policies and programs to recruit, develop and retain people to effectively support the CF in operations and meet the Defence mission VISION People working together to achieve excellence in HR management and service for the Defence Team VALUES Professional, creative & enabling, client-focussed service, work horizontally, results-based, employee well-being Corporate Leadership • Functional direction & guidance, HR governance, strategic (L0) HR planning, policy, programs, process, tools, training, performance measurement framework, service standards, reporting requirements (e.g. PMF, MAF, SMAF, PCMAF, DSAR) Person-to-Person • Support for more complex service delivery requirements, planning & strategy development • Via phone, email, video conference, etc. Technology-enabled service delivery for managers, employees and HR professionals • Emphasis on both active and passive “self-serve” activities for the full range of information and transactional needs • Building on existing infrastructure including HRMS v8.9, DLN, ISLA, HR-Civ intranet site as portal for tools such as leave self-serve, CWD library, SoMC library, PSRS, HR Aid, PSSMP future products Service Standards Performance Measurement

SMA (RH-Civ) – Plan de campagne : Modèle de prestation de services 2015 MISSION DU SMA (RH-CIV) Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans, des politiques et des programmes qui permettent de recruter, de former et de maintenir à l’effectif des employés pour appuyer efficacement les opérations des FC et contribuer à la réalisation de la mission de la Défense ÉNONCÉ DE VISION Des gens qui collaborent pour s’assurer de l’excellence des programmes et services de ressources humaines pour l’Équipe de la Défense. VALEURS Professionnalisme, créativité et capacité, l’accent mis sur le client, rapports horizontaux, services axés sur les résultats, le mieux-être des employés Leadership du Ministère • Orientation fonctionnelle, gouvernance des RH, planification stratégique (N0) des RH, politiques, programmes, processus, outils, formation, cadre de mesure du rendement, normes de service, obligations de rendre compte (e.g. CGR, CRG, CRGD, CCRGP, RMORCD) Personne-à-personne • Soutien pour les exigences de prestations de services plus complexes, élaboration de la planification et des stratégies • Par téléphone, courriel, vidéo-conférence, etc. Prestations de services par voie électronique pour les gestionnaires, employés et professionnels des RH -Emphase mise sur les activités passives et actives du libre-service pour une gamme complète des besoins d’informations et de transactions Accroissement d’une infrastructure existante incluant SGRH v8.9, RAD, ADI, site intranet des RH-Civ comme portail pour outils comme le congé libre-service, répertoire des DTC, répertoire des ECM, SRFP, HR Aid, produits futurs du PMDFP Normes de services Mesures du rendement
