  2. Recognize and manage personal values in a way that allows professional values to guide practice (2.1) • Not letting my values determine actions taken out on clients (students). • If there is something I do not agree with, I will talk to my supervisor (Mrs. Brown). • Referring to the NASW Code of Ethics if their ever is a value that interferes with my work. • I will put aside any judgments, biases, issue when working with students.

  3. Make ethical decisions. . . (2.2) • If there are issues that arise at the school, not only will I refer to my supervisor, but to the NASW Code of Ethics. • If I do not agree with something that is or has been done, or I feel uncomfortable about a situation, referring to the NASW Code of Ethics is essential.

  4. Tolerate ambiguity in resolving ethical conflicts (2.3) • If something has upset me or is getting me upset, reminding myself not to act off impulse when making decisions or resolving conflict is vital. • If there is a conflict, work on exhausting all possible outcomes (ethically).

  5. Apply strategies of ethical reasoning to arrive at principled decisions (2.4) • Use the NASW Code of Ethics to resolve issues unsure about. • Embody and practice the values and ethics that are outlined in the Code of Ethics. • I will use ethical judgment to make sound decisions with the help of my supervisor when needed. • Think of ways to best help those I am working with to come to a satisfied solution without with out crossing boundaries or being unethical.
