  2. The Paradigm Shift • Globally human society is subjected to too much change in too little time. • A paradigm shift in corporate scenario is also being experienced • - that is from mechanistic and linear to a more organic and Holistic.

  3. Globalization World is now economic global village. What about cultural, emotional, intellectual interactions, that can bind the villagers together.

Diversity and Inclusion … • Cultures differ greatly in processes, attitudes, and approaches to daily activities – essential activities in the workplace. • Communication styles, decision-making styles, attitudes toward conflict, approaches to completing tasks, attitudes toward disclosure, and approaches to knowing also differ.
