  5. Globalization is WIP Benefits are being realized, however: • Conflict exists on many levels • Not everyone is ‘on board’ • Not a level playing field • Cultural/Ethical barriers exist • There is no Global Consensus for Sustainability on Earth Begging the Question…..

  6. Do we bring these problems into Space?

  7. ‘Let me take this thing for a Spin’ • Manned Private Efforts vs. Government • Satellites (Government & Private) • Collaborative Efforts • Space Tourists Subsidizing Govt Efforts • ‘Star Wars’

  9. Criterion for a Regulation Model • Solution must not impede science • Must elevate collaboration in Global Community • Must appease continual environmental degradation • Shall strive to establish a framework that could impact existing global framework

  10. An Opportunity It is still possible to think outside the box: • UN Regulation of all Orbit and beyond activity • All nations regardless of technology / capital requirements contribute to mandate(s) Why?
