  1. NSF Firefly CubeSat 2009 highlights

  2. Firefly student team at GSFCSummer 2009 • Back (L-R): R. Fabre, D. Rowland, K. Bruno, A. Willingham, S. Kholdebarin • Front (L-R): M. Rivera, J. Osorio, H. Vo, J. Klenzing, L. Ramsey, J. Hill, E. Alicea

  3. Firefly Optical Photo Diode (OPD) Firefly’s OPD and VLF receiver board (Engineering unit). The optical detector chain will be calibrated at UNH. Firefly’s OPD uses two wide-band filters which respond to TLEs and lightning, and two narrowband filters (centered on 777.5 nm) for background rejection and lightning-only detection

  4. Student-led GRD development at GSFC GEANT modeling of phoswich scintillator (J. Klenzing)
