Project Director/Co-Director • Desired Qualifications • Will remain at UH through Spring 2003 • Strong leadership and management skills • Submit application to Dr. Shiroma via e-mail by 12/5/01 • Resume emphasizing leadership experience • One-page narrative describing motivation for applying • Letter of recommendation by a CubeSat faculty member • Applications are reviewed by faculty advisors, posted on the web page, and students submit e-mail vote by 12/12/01

  12. Scientific Mission Ideas (Dr. Bullock shared some ideas on possible missions for the satellite. These included: atmospheric science, imaging, data compression, propulsion systems, optical gyroscopes, study of solar flares, diagnostic monitoring of other satellites)

  13. Subsystems Team Formation (Each faculty member shared a few words on the possible opportunities available in each subsystem. The students then broke up into the five teams shown on the organizational chart.)
