  2. Accessing PROS Connect • https://Connect.PROS.com • Or go to PROS.com and click Support & Community at the top

  3. First Time Visitors • Every user should register on PROS Connect. Click Here It’s not just tickets. You’ll find: Discussion forums Product Updates Knowledge Base Tips & Tricks And we’re adding new features all the time!

  4. User Registration Use your business email address to register. Accounts are approved for PROS customers and partners only. Your email address will be your Username on PROS Connect.

  6. New User? Start Here Overview for New Users

  7. User Guides, etc. are in the Library

  8. Discussion forums are segregated by Product

  9. Link to Training Resources

  10. Latest info about Connect improvements

  11. And the MOST important resource… SEARCH all resources with one click

  12. Search Results Click to filter by Product

  13. Click to view results in Discussion forums.

  14. Add “double quotes” to see only results for whole phrase.

  15. For those who manage tickets only Open or Update Support Tickets This row is only visible if you have access to Support tickets. Most people don’t.

  16. Submit New Requests or Incidents Message explains that ticket access is limited to “named users.”

  17. Fill in all fields to submit ticket.

  18. Reports related to Support Tickets This row is only visible if you have access to Support tickets. Most people don’t.

  19. Reports Click on ticket number to view ticket.

  20. Update Ticket To Add Notes or Attachments to a ticket, use the Actions menu.

  21. Customer Info Provided button When a ticket is in the Pending Customer Action state, you can provide requested info and click “Customer Info Provided” to respond.

  22. Customer Support menu also leads to tickets and reports

  23. For Assistance with Connect Send an email to ConnectSupport@pros.comif you have issues or questions about PROS Connect. Connect Support team can also add or remove ticketing access to particular users if your organization’s needs change.
