  4. CASE STUDY Marilyn Manicotti, 66 year old female newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, A1c is 6.7%

  5. CASE STUDY • Ned Novologger, 47 year old male with Type 2 diabetes x 10 years. Uses Lantus and Novolog insulin. Last 2 nights, patient has had BG in 40s at 3am.

  6. CASE STUDY • Pamela Pumper, 29 year old female, Type 1 diabetes since age 9. Uses subcutaneous insulin pump for management. Presents to ER with acute appendicitis. Scheduled for OR.

  7. CASE STUDY • Ricky Bobby, 18 year old, newly diagnosed Type 1 in DKA. Admission BG is 704. Admitted to CCU. Started on insulin gtt.
