Germany after World War I

Hitler believed that Germany’s economic problems could be blamed on the Jews. He also decided that it would help restore Germany by taking over other countries in order to benefit from their natural resources and wealth. So, what did Hitler do?

In 1941, things were not looking good for the Allied Powers. Japan, Italy and Germany were strong and kept up their invasions and occupations of other countries. Then Hitler made a fatal blunder: He invaded Russia. It was the beginning of the end for Germany and the Axis Powers, but finally gave a chance for the Allies to gain victory.

By 1945 the war was over. Hitler had committed suicide. The world was once more safe for democracy.
