  4. Victorian Skills Survey • 11,000 employers contacted • 1,300 responses • 53% of employers reported difficulty in recruiting skilled employees • 59% of employers rate skill shortages as having either a very negative or slightly negative impact on the productivity of their business.

  6. Employers prefer training delivered in the workplace Over a third of employers undertake accredited training
