Enrich our Academic Quality and Distinction Strategic Plan Description and Objectives Objective I | Broaden and deepen the student intellectual journey by fully embracing and operationalizing the comprehensive University model which sustains the prominence of the liberal arts and sciences at the core of the academic experience while facilitating and encouraging the expansion and development of professional schools and programs.

Enrich our Academic Quality and Distinction Strategic Plan Description and Objectives Objective II | To empower innovative learning, provide an outstanding learning experience for all of our undergraduate and graduate students, and enhance our university’s academic reputation, the University must continue to endorse and reaffirm its commitment to recruiting and retaining an outstanding and diverse faculty through robust support of faculty development, creative pedagogy, research and interdisciplinary scholarship.

Enrich our Academic Quality and Distinction Strategic Plan Description and Objectives • Objective III | Identify and construct quality programs for new student populations to complement our current strengths. • Objective IV | Develop and support new pedagogical spaces andcutting edge facilities matching the quality of our academic product.

Expand Transformative Student Experiences Strategic Plan Objectives Objective I | Develop and implement a strategic enrollment management plan that facilitates recruiting and graduating talented and ethnically and socioeconomically diverse undergraduate, graduate, and degree completion students. Objective II | Deliver an integrated and developmentally-sequenced range of enriching experiential, leadership, spiritual and service opportunities to all students.

Expand Transformative Student Experiences Strategic Plan Objectives Objective III | Through achieving outstanding personal and professional outcomes, empower students and alumni to lead successful, purpose-driven lives. Objective IV | Commit to addressing the need for additional community learning and gathering spaces, including a student center, recreation facilities and housing options that meet a variety of student needs.

  15. Enhance and Promote Programs of National Distinction Strategic Plan Objectives Objective I | Identify and strengthen existing academic and co-curricular programs that presently rise to the level of national distinction and allocate resources accordingly. Objective II | Identify and resource current emerging University initiatives.

  16. Enhance and Promote Programs of National Distinction Strategic Plan Objectives Objective III | Define 2-3 new initiatives that capitalize on institutional strengths, contribute favorably on our reputation, and enhance the academic experience. Objective IV | Promote these programs of distinction with a related marketing strategy designed to strengthen our reputation.

  17. Foster Greater Financial Strength and Stability Strategic Plan Objectives Objective I | Implement a strategic financial model, through efficient utilization of resources, and promote a culture of innovation and accountability. Objective II | Significantly increase and expand donor support through a comprehensive campaign.

  18. Foster Greater Financial Strength and Stability Strategic Plan Objectives Objective III | Diversify and expand revenue streams through implementation of leading practices. Objective IV | Provide competitive and comprehensive campus facilities.
