  2. HOW TO KEEP A BALENCED DIET!!! • WRITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER OF WHAT YOU EAT EACH DAY, AND THEN KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU EAT!!! • AND THEN YOU WILL OCCASIONALLY LOSE WEIGHT!!! 

  3. HOW TO DO OCCASIONAL EXERCISE!!! • PLAN YOUR WEEK, THE SAME AS FOOD BUT EXERCISE. AND THEN WRITE DOWN WHAT EXERCISES YOU WANT TO DO!!! • AND THEN STILL EAT THE SAME!! 

  4. ANOREXIA!!! IS WHEN YOU SEE YOURSELF AS FAT BUT YOU ARE NOT, YOU EAT ABOUT 600- 800 CALORIES A DAY WHICH IS THE AGE OF A 1-3 YEAR OLD. AND YOU CAN DIE FROM IT IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND!!! 

  5. OBESE!!! • IS WHEN YOU EAT SO MUCH THAT YOU CAN’T STOP, SO WHEN YOU KEEP ON EATING YOU WILL DIE OF HEART DISEASE IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND!!! • AND YOU EAT ABOUT 7000- 14000 CALORIES A DAY!!!!!

  6. FRUIT!!! • FRUIT CAN HELP YOU TO GO ON A DIET AND TO KEEP YOU FIT AND HEALTHY AND STILL MOVEBLE. • YOU HAVE 5 A DAY OF FRUIT BECAUSE YOU NEED GOOD NUTRIENTS AND NOT TO EAT FATTY STUFF LIKE SWEETS.

  7. SMOKING!!!! • SMOKING IS VERY BAD FOR YOU, IT CAN KILL YOU AND MAKE YOU MORE STRESSED EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IT RELEASES STRESS BUT THEY ARE WRONG. IT WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE WORSE AND MORE MISERABLE, AND WILL MAKE YOU LOOK OLD WHEN YOU ARE ONLY YOUNG!!! SOOOOOOO STOP SMOKING!!!!!
