Overview • Pre-purchase public meeting in Nov. 2008 • Property purchased in Dec. 2008 • ESA Storage and Repump Facility needed • Increase potable water pressure and improve water quality • Increase reclaimed water pressure as system expands • Tanks and pumps • Construction scheduled to begin late 2014 • Construction completion early 2016

ESA Storage and Repump Facility • No on-site staff; remotely monitored and operated • Two tanks with a maximum height of 46 ft • Pumps inside building for sound attenuation • Lighting designed to minimize light pollution • Site to be completely fenced for security • Minimal wetland encroachment will preserve buffers
