  1. dE/dx calibration run V Y.Fisyak 11 May, 2005

  2. Run IV dE/dx resolution 7.5% CDR resolution

  3. Run V dE/dx resolution Resolution is better than in TDR ?

  4. Log10(dE/dx) vs. log10(p/m) Saturation grass

  5. Low dE/dx grass Low dE/dx grass is due to region near border of sectors and low drift distances High dE/dx grass is due to track overlaps (Haibin)

  6. Phi dependence

  7. Saturation

  8. Conclusion • De/dx calibration is (almost) done. The resolution is better with respect to run IV. • Calibration constants in DB and have been tested. • Fine tuning to cut region with low gains would e useful. • Modification of Bichsel prediction function for βγ < 1is required.
