  1. Varón de 14 años con fiebre de 4 días de evolución y dolor en tobillo derecho sin traumatismo previo. Buen estado general. PCR 117 mg/l Rx tobillo: sin hallazgos Eco: sin hallazgos Hemocultivos (+) S. aureus GO: estudio en dos fases con aumento del espacio intersticial y reacción osteogénica en región diafisometafisaria distal de tibia derecha, compatible con OM. Rastreo sin alteraciones. RM: OM Ttº amoxicilina y buena evolución.
