  2. Agenda • Overview • Key feature(s) • Reference material(s) • Questions FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY/PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL

  3. Overview • Horizon Health Summary Admission Assessment needed to accommodate data transfers from other applications to keep a patient’s admission assessment current. • For example, when a clinician using Horizon Health Summary Admission Assessment entered information on a patient’s admission assessment, another clinician using another application (for example, Horizon Surgical Manager) could have entered or changed the same information for the same patient. When the patient’s admission assessment was saved, and then reopened, the changes that occurred in the other application were not seen. CR# 351,267 FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY/PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL

  4. Overview • HHS Admission History behavior is being enhanced to update all data every time the editable note is opened. This will improve communication about the patient in particular in the pre-admission surgical departments. • This enhancement requires a number of changes largely within HHS Admission History but viewing the note in HPP is also impacted.
