Entwässern: Ethanolreihe je 10 Min. 30%, 50%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 2x100% CPD: CO2 Parameter: Stir 50%; CO2 in (slow; Delay 120s); Exchange (Speed 1; Cycles 18); Gas out (Head slow; Speed slow 20%) Zellenmembran und Filopodien sind etwas besser erhalten und teilweise sauberer!
