The AQIP Process Preliminary Self-Assessment - 1999 Formal Application - 2000 Strategy Forum - 2001 Action Projects - 2001 Annual Updates – Each Sept 1 Systems Portfolio - 2004 Systems Appraisal – 2005 Strategy Forum - 2005 Quality Checkup - 2007 Official Reaffirmation of Accreditation – May, 2008 Systems Portfolio – Nov, 2008 – WE ARE HERE!!! Systems Appraisal – March, 2009 Strategy Forum – November(ish), 2009 Etc, etc…….

    4. What is a Systems Portfolio? The Systems Portfolio is assembled during the first three years of participation in AQIP, then every 4 years. It is a hypertext document limited to 100 double-spaced pages in length that is submitted to AQIP for appraisal. It will eventually become a public document on our Web page.

    6. What does it include? Our Systems Portfolio will consist of an Institutional Overview and sections on each of the nine AQIP categories.
