  4. Recap

  5. Recap Architecture Functioning : End user dynamically interacting with the distributed architecture for infomobility. Company Logo

  6. Grid and Main Server Client Applications Cell Towers/Servers

  7. Concepts • Central Server • Complete topological information • Co-ordination with external databases • Collect real time data from towers • Provide real time data to GPS users Company Logo

  8. Towers (distributed) topological information pertaining to its cell Cell-Map Collect real time data from mobile users Send critical information to Central web server Concepts Your site here Company Logo

  9. End Users GPS Means of providing information to the user Maps, routes, time-dependent & time-independent information Mobile Gives input to build the real time database Concepts Your site here Company Logo

  10. Web Service Main Server Tower Server Client Tuple Space Clients

  11. Communication between Towers and Client/Simulation of the Reception - Contains Tuples which have id of tower, xcoordinate, ycoordinate. Used for Client to catch reception. Tower - Contains Tuples for each client which is used by the Tower to process requests of the clients Tuple Space - Contains Tuples which are used to check if Client is still alive(Anti-read and Leases) Client Tuple Spaces

  12. Main Server and Tower Communication (Providing Services for Clients) Converts into Web Service Request and gets Result Tuple Space Web Service (Request and Reply) Will contain a request tuplewhich is monitored by the server which may contain requests from the Client(Eg. Traffic in Certain area), a response tuplewill have the result which is monitored by the Client.
