  2. Judiciary Procedures 2011 Send-offs • As per FIFA regulations any player sent from the field of play for any of the seven (7) Send-off Codes will serve an automatic 1 Match suspension. (For Send-off Codes R4, R5 & R7 the automatic 1 Match suspension is deemed sufficient). • Punishment for proven offences will be as per the provisions contained under By-law 13. by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

  3. Judiciary Procedures 2011 Attendance at Judiciary Committee (JC) • Players may be required to attend the JC depending on the offence and the severity as determined by the JC. (By-law 13.5) • Persons appearing before the JC for a send-off matter will be subject to the provisions under By-laws 13.7, 13.8, 13.9 & 13.10. by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

Judiciary Procedures 2011 • Players and registered officials (By-law 9.1) who are the subject of Incident Reports will be required to attend the Judiciary Committee when instructed to do so (By-laws 13.6 & 13.17) • Persons required to attend will be notified (Notification to Attend form) of the charge and/or enquiry and will receive a copy of the Incident Report as per By-law 13.6,d by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

  5. Judiciary Procedures 2011 • Persons notified to attend will be required to complete the Attendance Sheet (attached) on their arrival at the JC and submit it to the Committee when called. by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

  6. Judiciary Procedures 2011 Challenges • Playersdismissed from the field of play for any offence other than an R4, R5 or R7may lodge a challenge on the prescribed form (Challenge of Send-off form). • Players can also submit written evidence, in lieu of appearing, to support of their case. (By-law 13.5,c) by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

  7. Judiciary Procedures 2011 Appeals • There will be no appeal against minimum sentences. (FNSW Ruling) • Players may appeal any suspension, greater than the minimum, as per By-law 13.20, advising of the grounds for the appeal using only the criteria as set out in By-law 13.20, c). • Failure to advise of the grounds may negate any appeal. by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker

  8. Judiciary Procedures 2011 • The Judiciary Committee may forward any matters that it feels necessary to the SGFA General Purpose Tribunal for determination. by Senior Vice-President - Russell Baker
