  4. What does Trimble Store offer? • It can now offer the ability to manage Passcodes for SPS GPS receivers • there are parts suffixed with ‘IS’ that can be purchased in the normal manner through Order Processing • a Credit Part Number will then appear in your Trimble Store • Enter the receiver Serial Number and get the code Example: the GLONASS option

  5. Why do you need to be using it? • It is faster: • as soon as the order is cleared you have access to the options in the Trimble Store • allows 24/7 access by the distribution partner. • no human input needed once order is cleared • Distribution partner can recall passcodes • they are retained for later use – it’s a full record • Future SPS GPS products as released will use the Trimble Store for more flexibility in configuring receivers: • activations and all options will only be available via the Trimble Store

  10. Steps to using into Trimble Store • Once you have approved access go to www.partnerstore.trimble.com • Login using your email address • Enter your password • You should be able to check your Order Status and now manage passcodes • The following slides show how to use the Trimble Store to manage your Options / Upgrades Passcodes

  11. Passcode Retrieval Requirements The following information is required to retrieve your passcode: • Login username and password to Trimble Store • Serial numbers of the SPS GPS units to upgrade • And then to help filter the data: • The Purchase Order or Sales Order number • Part numbers of the upgrades that were ordered (they start with the letters ‘IS’)

  12. Common Reasons for Passcode Delays • No ‘IS’ part upgrade has been ordered by you yet • Remember to order the part starting with ‘IS’ via Order Fulfilment in the normal manner • Incorrect receiver serial number is used to try and generate the passcode • The upgrade code is not applicable to the receiver serial number (and therefore receiver model) • The optional passcode email went to your SPAM / JUNK email box • We highly recommend using the Trimble Store for passcode retrieval to ensure timely processing
