DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Jacking Pipe檢查 Jacking Pipe按照GS及PS的要求進行生產（本合約按BS 5911：Part 120：1989 and BS5911-1:2001），地盤現場收貨時，進行如下檢查： 1、Delivery record & test report; 2、Visual inspection & dimension check; 3、根據要求，take core 送Lab做testing，test item 包括：dimension、hydrostatic test、crushing test、water absorption test & cover depth，試驗合格之後才可使用。

  5. DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Jacking Pipe檢查（續） 外觀檢查包括： 渠筒表面平整度、氣孔、裂紋、PVC lining 氣泡、Joint 之steel collar、cushion ring(packer)、 confined O.ring有無損壞，尾部石矢有無碰損、裂紋或缺口 尺寸檢查按下表（part of table in BS5911-1:2001）進行：

  6. DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Setting out 按照接收之works order，mark出相應位置之invert level 同alignment，交給分判商工程師，之後工作由分判商自行控制，main contractor負責監管，檢查是否in tolerance。 P.S.：由於前後works order的關係，確定該處invert level時，要參考as-built manhole settlement record，由RE決定此處最終alignment 同invert level。

  10. DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Operation Control Note： 1、若已偏離預定軸線，chasing original line要適度 2、在invert level同alignment之間，invert level優先於alignment； 3、記錄jacking過程中deviation，計算引起的angular deflection有無超過標準情況； 4、jacking完成之後，及時出line&level record。

DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Operation Control 收貨標準： 1、pipe jacking 任何位置走線偏差小於75mm，行水偏差小於50mm； 2、gradient與預定偏差小於0.5°； 3、the finished or product pipeline shall comply with the tolerance specified in GS Clause 5.70 GS Clause 5.70 ： The line of gravity pipelines shall be within 20 mm of the specified line. The invert level of gravity pipelines shall be within 6 mm of the specified invert level and shall be such that there is no backfall at any point.

  12. DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 As-Built Monitoring 1、check entrance ring 及out ring 位置筒alignment 及 invert level； 2、check line及level record是否有超出標準情況； 3、計算deviation引起的angular deflection是否超過渠筒specification要求。

  13. DC/2009/08 元朗南分支污水渠及廈村污水泵房擴建工程 Air Test&CCTV 1、5分鐘內，100mm壓力水頭降幅不超過25mm，最末水頭讀數不小於75mm；至少進行兩次Air test，分別在backfill之前及reinstatement完成之後 兩次合格之後然後進行CCTV。 2、根據CCTV Report，明確各處存在的defects. 3、根據情況進行repair，如grouting、relining、pipe-in-pipe方法，具體方法以RE agree之後進行執漏。
