Secondary 1 Relay System Communication head: Joline (405) Phyllis (101) Lorraine (104) Dewi Yunny (108) Rachel (101) Rui Xin (104) Catherine (110) Jia Ying (103) Zi Yun (106) Qing Yun (110) You Jia (104) Sandy (107) Nessa (112) Nur Adilah (112) Huijie (112) • Everyone please take note of the following: • This relay system will be used to inform all cadets when there’s a change in plan/attire etc. • All cadets’ numbers are on Yahoo Groups, so please check it if you do not have the numbers of anyone. • Communication Head will inform the 3 cadets namely Phyllis, Lorraine and Dewi ONLY. • We should not throw all the responsibility to the 3 I/Cs. It is important that each of you pass on the message as well when you see them around. • I/Cs (the 3 cadets) take note of the following: • It is your responsibility to inform ALL the other cadets that are under you. • If any of you are not able to reach the cadet after MANY tries, please inform the Communication Head who called you.
