  6. 20 years of learning Lessons Learned Mentoring Teams: Interviewing Team composition Program intensity decreased: in summer, in fall Meaningful inquiry & action research for beginners Ongoing tensions • Sustaining work in SLPS: • Candidates • Suburban faculty • Expansion into other schools & commitment to Roosevelt • Governing Council: Friday afternoons • Education minor for Maryville candidates---pros & cons
