  2. Griffin Residential are always looking at ways of improving the levels of service offerings to their vendor clients. We have most bases covered but recognised that we were not actively offering our clients to opportunity to sell by auction. To this end we have now formally linked up with our preferred auctioneer.

  3. Generally speaking, most of our clients who choose to go down the auction route, do so because of their desire to bring about an early sale. Whether this be for financial reasons or other personal circumstances. Auctions are the very best way of selling Probate properties. In cases where there are structural, physical or legal issues with the property a sale by auction should be the chosen method of sale.

  4. Each property goes to auction with a Reserve Price. This is the price below which the property can not be sold. The Reserve will be agreed between yourself and the auctioneer. So, if you are keen to sell quickly and yearn for the certainty of a done del why not consider the auction route.
