Auction conditions default to legal conditions and bidders guides of each state. • All bidders must be registered • Approved ID must be sighted by the managing agent • A certified copy of ID may be faxed to the managing agent to verify proof of ID • A unique bidders number is issued to a bidder specific to each auction • All bidders are bound by the State’s auction legislation displayed • The successful bidder must pay the deposit and sign the contract on auction day

  9. Setting the price & reserve, bidding cannot start below the start price • Bid Increments may be changed at any time to promote bidding

  10. The auction period may run for 24 hours or up to 8 weeks to gain maximum exposure. • The auction date & time may be altered • Notification of any change is automatically sent to all registered bidders

  15. Countdown to Final Call • The last three hours of the auction count down to a 10 minute timer • In this period the ten minute timer will restart with each new bid recorded • As bidding ceases the auction proceeds to the final call

  16. If a bid is submitted prior to the fall of the hammer, bidding goes back to first call with "First Call" timer restarting to countdown again through "Second Call" and "Third & Final Call" as the hammer raises to conclude the auction
