  1. Adrian Franks period 7 outsiderss . e. Hintonfictionpublished in1967

  2. Setting That it was mostly at there house and there are rich kids are a vicious gang called the socials they are not very nice to the gang called greasers they are the poorer kids from the east side and more wilder than the socials the reason the outsiders that the setting would change and it would be like a bar fight story because of all of the fights that happen through out the whole story like the rumble that the greasers won because they chased of the socials and that the socials are not doing the right thing to not stop the rumble because they already have one of the socials killed for trying to drown pony boy and Johnny did it out of self-defense

  3. Characters

  4. Conflict • It is a man vs. society because they are going against the socials and that is a gang that has the word social and because they have to try and beat the socials In a rumble so they can have peace through the socials and the greasers and they can put all of this behind them

  5. Summary of Plot that the plot is that there is two gangs there is the rich kids and there are the poorer kids that are wilder than the rich kids called the socials they are smarter than the greasers so the whole thing is about the war about the greasers not liking the socials and the socials not liking the greasers they go to a rumble every year and who ever makes the greasers or socials run off wins but I'm just getting to the part when pony boy and Johnny both get up and try to run away but get tired and stop and they go to the park to calm down and soon to come find out that the socials come and try to drown pony boy and Johnny out of self defense kills a kid

  6. Theme 1: it should be called the gangs because the story is all about gangs • 2.that it should be called socials vs. greasers because it is all about the greasers against the socials • 3: it should be called the rumble because they have a big rumble before the story ends and because it is a big fight between them .

  7. Point of View • It is in first person point of view because the it says that Steve doesn’t like me around when soda invites me to go with them .I don’t ask he asks me. but he always says i and someone else's name .for example I went wild and screamed for soda darry anyone

  8. Symbolism • that it is a gang inflicted story because of the gangs called the greaser and there is a gang called the socials and they have a war and the whole thing is a war about the socials and the greasers and that they hate each other and they have this big rumble and the greasers chased of the socials and they regained there confidence

  9. Recommendation • This book is well worth the wild to read because it has gangs and a lot of action and it has some sad times but over all I give it a heads up because it is not some old boring story it is a great story but the only thing that I don’t think it is fair how pony boy would could get in trouble for something that Johnny did that was killing someone but I think it is great and I think that all young adults should read this story because it is a really good book so I give it my approval because like is said it is a really good book
