2. Setting The setting took place in the south side of Oklahoma. It was cool during that time. It adds meaning to the book because in those times things were different. If it wouldn’t have been cool a lot of things would have changed, like the church burning on fire, that would have been a big disaster if it wasn’t a wet time.

4. conflict • The conflict of the story took place in the park. Pony boy was been It was when Johnny stabbed bob. It was man v man.

5. Summary of Plot • The summary of this book starts when pony boy and Johnny are at the park and a blue mustang comes with five drunk guys. They were the socs. Johnny killed one of them so they had to run away. After that a church they were at was on fire. Johnny was burned really bad. They had a rumble and then Johnny died and later after that dally died.

6. Theme • The theme of this book is that don’t judge people if you don’t know then.

7. Point of View • The point of view is told by pony boy. He is telling the story

9. Recommendation • I really recommend this book because its not a boring book to read. It is really interesting and has a lot of action. This is a nonfiction book and so if you read the book you will be inspired and would want to recommend it to somebody eles.
