  4. How Risk Intel Center Works First, your customized Risk Database is populated with your call report data. This generates an Initial Risk Rating for your institute.   5. How Risk Intel Center Works Risk Database Questionnaire notifications go out to people in your organization based on their roles. The questionnaire is answered in dependent order and covers a wide range of information, from products and services offered to key processes and disclosures. How Risk Intel Center Works Risk Database • The completion of the Questionnaire triggers three things: • A revised Risk Rating • A visit from a senior AffirmX compliance expert • Upon completion of that visit, generation of your AffirmX Risk Management Policy Manual. • Your AffirmX Onsite Visit takes about 2 days.   7. How Risk Intel Center Works Next, notifications begin, directing your staff on specific compliance activities throughout the year. How Risk Intel Center Works Risk Database Onsite AffirmX Visit At the end of the year, we help you prepare your Regulator Package, which is the information requested by your regulator for their compliance examination.
