Election: Chapter Requirements • 2 Service activities (4 Hours) • Clean-up service for the City on Saturday, Oct 15th , 8 am to 2 pm (includes cookout) • one other of your choice (1-2 Hr service) • 2 Social activities • Pizza lunch - Wednesday, Oct 12th , 12-1 pm, Rady Room • Cookout - to follow the park clean-up (Oct 15th) • Engineering Futures sessions on -------- (Rady Room), Saturday.

Election: Chapter Requirements • Letter of recommendation • 50% completion letter (grad students only) Due date: Friday, October 14th. • Polish little bent • Help polish big bent ( October 15th, before park clean-up) • Read Tau Beta Pi’s Constitution and Bylaws • http://www.tbp.org/Chapters/References/ConstBylaw.pdf • Constitution quiz (1 hour) • Catalogue cards • Signature list • 3 cans of food

  9. Initiation • Attendance is Mandatory • December 3rd , 5:00 PM • Initiation starts 5:30 PM, Rady Room, NH • Banquet, 7pm, Carlisle Suite, UC • Additional Guests for banquet  $ 20/head

  11. Bent polishing • Bring them to us early for feedback. Badly polished bents will lead to rejection. • We rent a set of 3 files against a security deposit of $10 (fully refundable). You also get sheets of sandpaper for $2. Files must be returned within ONE week of borrowing.

  12. Park Cleanup • When: October 15th , 8:00 am • Where: Big Bent outside Nedderman Hall • Big bent polishing starts at 8:00 am • Leave for Street Clean up at 9:00 am • Counts as 2-3 hours of public service • Cookout followed at Noon.
