  5. Due at the next meeting… • Dues: $85 • When you pay your dues, you’ll get a bent, a constitution and a signature sheet.

  6. Upcoming firesides: • Dr. Ben Streetman (EE) • Tuesday Sep. 29th, 11:30 am (Meet at the office at 11:15am to walk to Posse) • Dr. Michael Poehl (ChE) • Monday Oct. 5th, 7:00 pm (Meet at the office at 6:30pm for a ride) • Dr. Eric Taleff (ME) • Tuesday Oct. 6th, 11:30 am (Meet at the office at 11:15am to walk to Double Daves)

  7. Upcoming service events: • Blackland Community – Restoring Houses • 9:00 - 12:30am Sat, October 3rd (Meet in the office at 8:30 for a ride) • Austin Marathon Kids • 8:00 - 11:30am Sat, October 3rd (Meet in the office at 7:30 to walk to the stadium) • Pease Tutoring • Wednesdays 3:15 - 4:45pm

  8. Team Service Project • Each team must plan and execute a service project. • 3 service hours must come from the team project. • Each team must make a brief presentation about their project at the third meeting (October 22nd). • Each team must complete the service project by the fifth meeting (November 12th).

  9. Capture the FLAG! • Tonight, right after the meeting • Rides to the capitol grounds from here… • 1 social point +

  10. Signature Party • IN TWO WEEKS (Friday) • Posse East (San Jacinto and Duval St) • 6:00 - 8:00 PM • FREE queso! • Excellent way to start your sig sheet • 1 social point

  11. Laser Tag next week • After next Thursday’s meeting.
