  • Student struggles to produce response

  • Student requires an extensive amount of time to respond

  • Student obviously has difficulty producing response


Fluent 3
Fluent: 3

3: Answer is correct

  • Student provides correct response in a reasonable amount of time

  • Student provides correct response without struggle
