  2. 实验步骤 1、配制1.0、3.0、5.0、7.0、9.0 mg/L PEG溶液 分别取0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9 mL于100mL容量瓶,稀释至刻度,摇匀 稀释至刻度,摇匀,得1.0g/L 的母液 PEG200 1.0g 容量瓶 1000mL 2、制作标准曲线 不同浓度 PEG溶液 5mL 以PEG浓度为横坐标,光密度为纵坐标作图,制成标准曲线 放置一定时间 以蒸馏水为空白 用分光光度计 测定光密度 10mL容量瓶, 稀释至刻度,摇匀 得0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5 mg/L PEG溶液 5% BaCl2溶液 1mL 0.02mol/L KI-I2试剂 1mL

  3. 溶液稀释50倍,测定其光密度 文献中在500nm左右测定PEG光密度

  6. 结果与讨论 • PEG-I2沉淀是一种极细的颗粒状沉淀物,呈棕色,沉降速度极慢。 • 碘测定PEG的方法可用于测定分子量为4000~20000的PEG[1-2]。 • PEGs of 3 different molecular weights (200, 400 and 600 Da) were employed in filtration tests. PEG concentrations were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) performed on a Varian Inc. [3]. • The MW of samples from the feed and the collected permeate were analyzed via gel permeation chromatography.
