  3. How you look? • Eye contact is very important • Sit straight • Don’t hold your notes too close to your face • Avoid distracting movements with your hands.( try not to scratch)

  4. How you sound? • Speak loud enough • Don’t speak too fast or too slow • Hesitations & short pause are quite natural. Avoid too many ‘urm’, ‘er’ and ‘uh’… • Good intonation
