  4. Troublesome Feelings • Are strong feelings that can cause problems for you or make you feel overwhelmed.

  5. Turn to “Help for Troublesome Feelings” • Three common troublesome feelings that many teens experience are listed on this page. Read the directions and complete columns 2 and 3. • We will discuss your answers as soon as you are finished.
