You must give your rooms in to Mr Baldwin by next Friday (written down on paper please). If you are struggling to sort your rooms don’t worry, we’ll sort it. Groups

  12. Buildings We are the only school on site and will have two buildings. One for the boys and one for the girls. There are showers and toilets at the end of each corridor. The buildings are always locked and staff are the only ones who have the keys.

  13. Kit You have been given a kit list as a guide. Please make sure you name all clothes. Include a bin bag to put the wet and muddy clothes in. Don’t go out and buy new clothes, send old clothes as there are no guarantees they’ll return in one piece. When you pack for them I’ll advise sending a back that is bigger than you need. They seem to shrink a lot when they have to pack them themselves.

  14. Don’t forget: Toiletries (shower gel, toothpaste toothbrush etc). Swimming costumes (goggles if required). Towel (Maybe two) Bin Bag Waterproofs Shoes to get muddy Hats, gloves and scarves. Money for shop (No more than £5). Bedding ( Pillow case, Duvet cover or sleeping bag).

  15. Don’t bring: Any electronics Mobile phones Expensive cameras Aerosols (roll-ons only).

  16. Medication: • Everyone must have filled in the forms and if there is any medication at all please see us before we go and tell us what it is and when they need it. We don’t want to find any medication in bags when we arrive. • If there are any questions you wish to ask please ask now or see us afterwards.
