  1. Year 9 Paris Trip Eve Moseby 9P “working together to achieve academic excellence”

  2. The Trip • We will be taking the Year 9 French students to France to see sights, practice French and try some or the local cuisine. All the information you need to know for the trip including the costs of accommodation, travel, general expenses. It will also tell you about what the activities will be.

  3. The Hotel • They will be staying in the F1 hotel in Porte de Montmartre. There can be four children per room and it costs £33 per night. This will be the hotel for the entire trip.

  4. The Transport • The girls will be traveling by a double decker coach this will be used for the whole trip to get them to activities and sights. It will cost £700 per day so the costs will be divided into the personal costs to help cover the trip.

  5. Activities • The girls will be taken to three different sights over the holidays, this will include visiting The Eiffel Tower, A Tower observation on the 56th floor and a River Cruise. These activities will give them the chance to explore France and try out what the have learnt in school.

  6. The Costs • This shows where the costs of the trip come from its has been broken down into sections to show how much money is needed for each part. This includes food, accommodation, travel, activities and extra.

  7. Total Costs • Summary Food £22.47 Accommodation £111.22 Travel £60.49 Activity £65.22 Extra £60.00 Total Cost £319.40
