  7. Changes to Fair Use Policy Note: As previously, data transmission through WiFi hot spots isadded up to data transmission through ADSL and is included in the FUP.

Better and simpler rules • The weekly data period is replaced with a monthly one • The change allows the user to use up the entire monthly limit immediately, if required • The weekly data cycle is now replaced with a monthly data cycle (sum of four weekly cycles) • Change of rate within a single step • The reduced rate for all speeds (except for Impuls) is 128 128 kbps (previously 64/64 kbps after the second step (except for IE Maxi) • Doubled speed • After the rules are applied, the rate will be changed to 128/128 kbps (except for IE Impuls)
