About Us • Name : CREPEON TEXTILES LLP, EST : 2014 • 4 years in Ready Made Garments and hosiery industry • 2 years as distributors for Inner wear and outer wear for 8 manufacturers including RUPA and Co. • Successful with 6 out of the 8 distributorships • To date achieved turnover of about Rs 2 Crores • Launched our own brand of inner wear in year 3. Raised Rs 3.2 Mil Investments • Sold over 1.00 Lac pieces of our brand of inner and outer wear for men, women and children . Have reasonable awareness of – markets, product, pricing and other basics • In year 5, plan to launch a product of our own – identified a major gap in the product and customer need

Founders - Profile Mohan Dharmarajan • 15 years of Working experience with largest multinationals in the world, like Dell, Tyco, AMP, Compaq and Digital • 15 years of business experience - Real estate Consulting, Fund raising and in garment industry • ICWA, PGD-TFM, Bcom. Many Certifications including one from the CA Institute Kailashnath 5 years of working experience with Banks and Real estate companies like ICICI and BL Kashyap and Sons 10 Years of Real estate – property development – completed 5 projects. Kailashnath holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing.

The pain point • Large number of Women get non-periods vaginal discharge • Discharge – before and/or after periods, pregnancy, breast feeding, arousal or as a biological condition and/or for many other infections • Time and/or quantities of discharge unpredictable. • Over 50 % of the women affected by this in the 14 to 50 years age group • Causes clothes to soil, bad odour, colour, discomfort, itching, irritation and affects personal hygiene • Market at present, does not have an immediate protective device – meant specifically for non-periods discharges

Value proposition / Solution • To introduce a non-periods panties for women • To protect from discharge • Panties will have top layer, built in absorbent core and top layer – similar to sanitary pads or liners • The panties will be washable, reusable, bio-degradable, eco friendly, anti microbial and anti bacterial • Will come in all sizes, shapes and colours • At a price almost similar to panties that are already available in the markets today • The product will absorb non-period discharges and protect clothes and prevent all other discomforts

Costs of R & D, product development and time frames identified • Basic market/need study completed. 100% of the participants confirmed need. Clearances from Gynaecologists, Doctors and women’s group
