  2. About Us Founded in 2004, The Jet Collection is an aircraft inventory dealer and broker based in Chicago. We handle business and commercial aircraft sales and acquisitions for midsize, large and global corporations, foreign governments and private individuals all over the world. Our core expertise is in Long Range and International Cabin Class aircraft. We also have extensive experience with: • Small jets • Midsize jets • Super midsize jets • Commercial aircraft Our company was co-founded by Ron and Jason Zilberbrand, seasoned aviation entrepreneurs with deep roots in the Chicago market. Prior to The Jet Collection, Ron and Jason built and sold Jet Support Services, Inc. (“JSSI”), the world’s largest independent provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for aircraft engines and airframes. The Jet Collection has bought and sold more position aircraft than any other inventory dealer in the world with a total value exceeding $2B.

Bios JASON ZILBERBRAND | MANAGING PARTNER • Completed over $2B in aviation transactions. • Extensive experience with Fortune 100 clients, servicing the accounts of some of the nation’s largest corporate flight departments. • Aviation industry professional since the age of 21. Started his career as Regional Sales Manager for Jet Support Services, Inc. (”JSSI”), the world’s largest independent provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for aircraft engines and airframes. • Graduated with Honors/National Dean’s list from Roosevelt University, Chicago. • Father, avid golfer, Chicago resident. RON ZILBERBRAND | PARTNER • Sales and acquisitions. • A lifetime entrepreneur, Ron has started many successful businesses. Among them is JSSI, which he founded in 1989. After building JSSI into the world’s largest independent provider of hourly cost maintenance programs, Ron successfully sold the business in 2008. • Ron is a cigar aficionado and loves to travel.

DONALD WEISBERG Business Development and Finance • Seasoned investor relations and financial executive with an extensive global professional network. • Twenty-five years experience — as a senior partner in a global floor brokerage business at the Chicago Board of Trade, and later as CEO of a publicly traded OTC company — has enabled Don to build strong professional relationships throughout Europe, The Middle East, Latin America, and Central America. • Working closely with hedge funds, lending institutions, law firms and bankruptcy/restructuring specialists, Don has overseen the acquisition and disposition of assets throughout Latin America and Central America. • Don has also worked with architectural and design firms to assist in the repositioning and development of major commercial projects in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Bahrain. • Don studied at The University of Arizona and finished his education at The University of Illinois.

  6. JAMES ARMOUR | MARKET ANALYST • Studies marketplace activity to identify sales trends and opportunities. • Earned B.A. from Roanoke College, VA. • Avid golfer. ALAN AFFELT | OFFICE MANAGER • Responsible for business affairs, executive scheduling and communications, process optimization and quality control. • Prior experience in banking and investment marketing at First Chicago NBD/Bank One and Harris Bank. • Extensive entrepreneurial experience, having owned two small businesses.
