  1. Potato soup 200 g potatoes piece of carrot, celery, parsley and cabbage 1 onion 40 g smoth flour 40 g grease 1 spoon mushrooms marjoram garlic pepper Caraway 1,2 l water masox

  2. Mushrooms souse into three spoon cold water. Slice the onion and fry in grease.Sprinkle the flour and fry till light brown. Add the water, whip and boiel. Add the chopped vegetable, mushrooms, pepper, caraway and cook vegetable till soft. Peel potatoes. Add potatoes and cook till soft. Soup season masox, garlic and marjoram. Serve with parsley.
