  3. MERGER • August 2000 West Coast LLC votes to merge into NPAM LLC creating one national NPAC vendor oversight body • Target completion date November 1, 2000 • Co-Chair structure continues Joanne Balen SBC Pamela Connell AT&T

  4. CONTRACT NEGOTIATION • NANC notified at April 2000 meeting of discussions involving possible contract extension • 18 month effort between National Negotiations Team (NNT) and NeuStar culminated with an agreement in principle • Counsel crafting implementation language

  5. CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS • Agreement incorporates extensive price reductions upon crossing minimum porting thresholds • Agreement requires enhanced performance measurements and processes subject to periodic audits by a third party • Agreement contingent upon LLC review and approval
