  5. Offshore Activities • Worked-over two gas wells, became self sufficient, started gas sales 2013 • Worked-over four oil wells (RU-1A, RU-2A, RU-5A, RU-7) • Currently reworking an oil well • Plan to spud new grassroots well in February • Years of drilling ahead

WMRU Onshore Activities • Mobilized Patterson 191 drill rig from Tyonek Village area to WMRU • Drill, test, and completed Sword-1 well (883 BOED) • Spud WMRU-8 (Jurassic test planned) • Design & engineering, permitting underway for WMRU-9, WF-3 wells • Design & engineering, permitting underway for Sabre-1

Gas Exploration Westside Onshore Activities • Built road and drill site pad to Olson Creek gas prospect. • Mobilized Company owned rig (rig-34) to drill sit, partial drilled Olson Creek #1 well (suspended well until summer 2014) • Mobilized rig-34 to Otter pad, drilled well • Olson Creek and Otter gas prospects combined recoverable gas reserves estimated approximately 100 BCF

  8. Susitna Basin Gas Exploration • Design, engineering, permitting underway for Kroto Creek #1 well • Last winter season built ice road, cleared drill site pad • Currently plan to spud Kroto Creek #1 well winter season 2014/2015

Trans-Foreland Pipeline • Developments well identified, • Pioneers of concept, new crude oil pipeline that would link Westside to Eastside • Reduced environmental risk by not moving crude oil by ship and through oil terminal near an active volcano • Partnered with Tesoro pipeline group to fund feasibility, design and engineering • Over the last two years our companies have worked together to advance the permitting and engineering of the project.

North-Fork Announcement, Intent to Purchase • North-Fork currently owned & operated by Armstrong Cook Inlet, LLC • 6 Natural Gas wells. • 15,465 acres fee simple property. • One drill site / production pad. • Gas processing facility • Estimated Recoverable Reserves range from ~ 20 - 120 Bcf counting proved, probable and possible. • Up to 23 wells to fully develop Field • Anchor Point Energy, LLC • Dual 4” 9 mile fiberspar composite transmission pipeline from North Fork Unit to interconnect with ENSTAR Gas Company’s transmission pipeline. Rated at ~22MMcfd capacity. • Pipeline regulated by PHMSA, and State of Alaska agencies as a common carrier pipeline. Tariff approved and regulated by Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA). • .
