Its operations have grown from an initial plan for 375 roles in 2005 to over 1200 staff in 2011 across three functions: Technology, Operations and Legal & Compliance. This presentation will give an insight into one of Northern Irelands most important recent employers and the role Belfast is playing in the technological advancements in global financial sector.
