  2. Uitbreiding machinepark wordt gefinancierd met een 6,5% obligatielening, groot €800.000,-. De obligaties zijn €100,- nominaal en worden alle geplaatst. De koers van uitgifte is 101% • a) Agio of Disagio? • Uitgiftekoers is 101% > 100% dus agio. • b) Opbrengst emissie. • 101% van €800.000,- = €808.000,- • c) Hoeveel agio? • 1% van €800.000,- = €8.000,- agio • d) Jaarlijkse interestkosten, als er nog niets is afgelost? • 6,5% van €800.000,- = €52.000,- • e) Jaarlijkse interestkosten, als er al €40% is afgelost? • 60% van €800.000,- is €480.000,- restant schuld. 6,5% van €480.000,- = €31.200,-
