  4. RESULTS OF THE REFORM • Vetting process of judges and prosecutors (Assets, Integrity and Professionalism) • Establishment of 8 new institutions • Improvement of the procedures

  8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRESIDENT • In charge for overall judicial management • Represent the court and fellow judges • Collects data and assesses the work of the court (meetings of judges assembly and annual reports)

  9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRESIDENT • Participates in the professional evaluation of individual judges • Ensures access and modalities of electronic case management (Allegation of cases by lottery) • Participates in the allocation of budget
