  2. 2012 Teen Career Exploration Camp Purpose The New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORDC) would like to continue to provide & expand the successful Career Exploration Teen Camp program, in part, to bridge the lapse in learning in the summer months when youth are out of regular school. The department will collaborate with other agencies in the development of Life Skills, Job Readiness, and Career Exploration to serve 1,000 youth across the City.
