CASO CLINICO. Mujer de 26 años. Nódulo tiroideo en istmo de 3 cms de diámetro. Alrededor de 10 años de crecimiento lento. Calcitonina negativo. PAAF: proliferación folicular. CRITERIOS DE CARNEY. Circunscrito o encapsulado. Arquitectura trabecular. Tirocitos fusiformes, 2-4 céls.

  1. CASO CLINICO Mujer de26 años. Nódulo tiroideo en istmo de 3 cms de diámetro. Alrededor de 10 años de crecimiento lento. Calcitonina negativo. PAAF: proliferación folicular.

  2. CRITERIOS DE CARNEY Circunscrito o encapsulado. Arquitectura trabecular. Tirocitos fusiformes, 2-4 céls. Núcleos (seudoincluiones, barras). Estroma fibroso o hialinizado. No áreas de papilar o folicular-papilar. Cuerpos amarillos citoplasmáticos (1999) Membrana citoplasmática o inclusiones (Ki-67, MIB-1) Calcificaciones sammomatosas.

  3. “CUERPOS AMARILLOS CITOPLASMICOS”(Rothenberg, 1999) Alrededor de 5 μ Redondos, amarillo pálido, refráctiles, PAS + Paranucleares o intranucleares Organelas (Golgi, lisosomas, ceroide, lipofucsina) limitadas por membrana En otros adenomas también Se desconoce su significado

  4. PERFIL INMUNOHISTOQUIMICO NEGATIVO Calcitonina p53 CK 19 P63 Galactina-3 POSITIVO Tiroglobulina TTF-1 CK Pm Ki-67 (MIB-1): - membrana - cuerpos citoplas.
