Staff Competency by manage on the job training - Engineering Department to manage and minimize down time of Seamer machine • Manage Production plan and balance Production capacity by follow seasonal of RM. supply • Improve Enforcement system - QC setup GMP. Personal Hygiene alert system ( Monitoring result for OCT.= 37 case – Hygiene 8 / Cleaning 11 / GMP. 18 )

NCR.: • Improve process of eliminate FM. ? • - Shell separator machine efficiency • - Selecting process flow by study to apply the Black light selecting conveyor. • Adjust fish filling weight and improve skill of new fish filling worker by closely monitoring • Improve enforcement system - Daily quality result of finished product shall follow up by PD staff then make urgently corrective action. - Morning meeting implementation (Leading by section supervisor) - Manage MBO. by follow up monthly result to all production floor staff
