Graduation Requirements (p. 5)Class of 2015 must obtain at least 24 units to graduate*Credit Checks p. 20* • 4 units of English • 4 units of Math • 3 units of Science • 4 units of Social Studies • .5 unit of PE • 2 units of Fine Arts • .5 unit of Personal Financial Literacy • 2 units of Foreign Languages OR Computers (College Prep) EOIs (p. 6)

  4. Advanced Placement (pg. 4) Pre-AP and AP Contracts will be available today or during the AP Parent Night Tuesday, February 12th at 6:30pm. Video

  5. NCAA Clearinghouse (pg. 14) Any athlete wanting to participate in Division I or Division II athletics See your Counselor for more info!

  6. Oklahoma's Promise (pg. 8) • OK Promise will pay for full tuition at a 2-yr or 4-yr university • To qualify: • Parents' income is $50,000 or less • 2.5 GPA at the end of your senior year • College Prep courses (including computers or foreign lang) • Must apply by July 1, 2013 Pick up an application or flyer from your counselor today! Concurrent Enrollment (pg. 16) • You must have a way of getting to and from Rose • For every 1 concurrent class enrolled, two classes from your CAHS schedule will be marked as "Concurrent Enrollment" • English, History, & Math must be taken at CAHS • All courses taken concurrently will be on College & High School transcript • Mid-Del Concurrent Enrollment Contract must be turned in with Concurrent enrollment form • If you withdraw after the first 10 days of school, you will receive an "F" on your transcript

Enrollment FormsForms DUE Thursday, February 14 to your 3rd Hour! • Course List (pg. 24 - 69) • Choose enough classes to fill a 7-period day • It is imperative that you choose alternative electives that you are willing to be enrolled! • Tech Center: Do not put "Tech Center" as electives due to the final lists not being released. • All applications available TODAY or from the teacher's classroom • Signatures are required for the following: MATH - SCIENCE - SPORTS - ETC. • Pre-AP/AP Contracts are available today or tomorrow during AP Night @ 6:30pm in the cafeteria • Must have a Parent/Guardian's Signature All counselors will be available during both lunches Tuesday - Thursday in the main hallway and during Parent/Teacher Conferences if you would like to look at your credit check and transcript.

  9. Enrollment Process for 2013 - 2014 • Enrollment Meeting: February 11th • Enrollment Forms DUE: Thursday, February 14th (3rd Hours) • NO ONLINE ENROLLMENT! • Individual Conferences through History Classes (English for 9th) • Input enrollment requests in to computer • Discuss Credit Check • Give copies of transcripts
